INGREDIENTS
1can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
1/3cup pizza sauce
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
16pepperoni slices (about 1 oz)
1/3cup shredded mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 oz)
DIRECTIONS
1.Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2.If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough into 1 large rectangle; press perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough into 1 large rectangle.
3.Spread pizza sauce evenly over rectangle to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Starting at short side, roll up rectangle; pinch edges to seal. Cut into 16 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet.
4.Top each slice with 1 pepperoni slice and about 1 teaspoon mozzarella cheese.
5.Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted. (Bottoms will be very deep golden brown.)
