INGREDIENTS
1lb. extra-lean ground beef
4oz. (2 cups) uncooked medium egg noodles
1cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn
1cup sliced green onions
1cup water
1/2cup Old El Paso® Salsa
2(8-oz.) cans no-salt-added tomato sauce
DIRECTIONS
1.Brown ground beef in large skillet until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
2.Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are of desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
