Long-grain rice or orzo pasta can stand in for the macaroni. Or, omit the pasta altogether and serve the fruit as a dessert or afternoon snack.

INGREDIENTS
4oz. (1 cup) uncooked macaroni rings or small shell pasta
1(11-oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1(8-oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1cup halved green grapes
1(6-oz.) container low-fat lemon yogurt
1tablespoon sugar
1cup halved strawberries
DIRECTIONS
1.Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
2.In medium bowl, combine cooked macaroni and all remaining ingredients except strawberries; mix gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
3.Just before serving, stir in strawberries.
