Grands!® Frozen Biscuits FAQ's
Can I prepare Pillsbury® Frozen Biscuits in a toaster oven?

We don't recommend it. Because toaster ovens are small, they'll make for uneven heating. The dough can be raw and/or burned in some places.

Should I keep the product in the refrigerator or freezer?

The freezer – definitely.

Can I thaw and eat the product?

It's not safe – they need to be fully baked before you eat them since it's raw dough.

What if my product is completely thawed?

We recommend refreezing and preparing and consuming within 24 hours for best eating quality.

Do I need to preheat the oven?

Yep, preheat the oven for about 10 minutes before baking. This helps prevent the biscuits from baking unevenly.

How do I reheat leftover biscuits?

If it's fully baked and frozen, first thaw the biscuits before reheating. Loosely wrap the biscuits with foil, then heat them in the oven at 350° F for 6 to 9 minutes.

What’s the best way to cut the product? It seems too soft when I try to cut it with a knife.

Try cutting it with a serrated knife using a gentle sawing motion.

What’s the expected shelf life of the product?

From the date of manufacture, the shelf life of the biscuits is 6 months. After that, the flavor and texture change significantly. Each package is code dated, so check the date for best results.

What if I cannot find my favorite Pillsbury® Biscuits product?

Pillsbury would like all stores to carry all our products. Unfortunately, this doesn't always happen. We recommend you express your interest in a particular product to your local store manager.
