5 Ideas for an Unforgettable Pre-Event Party

No need for a fancy restaurant! You can host a fabulous pre-event dinner – for prom on down to a preschool dance recital – right at home. Check out these five tips for making it simple, fun and special:

  1. Server for a night. Save family-style for family dinners. This is something special. Seat your guests and wait on them.

  2. Do it restaurant-style. Print your menu on cards and put one at each place setting.

  3. Turn easy pasta into something extraordinary. It feeds a crowd, and you can really dress it up with a recipe like Spring Vegetable Fettuccine.

  4. Dress up chicken. Grill chicken thighs (juicier than chicken breasts and budget-friendly). Serve it with a few fun dipping sauces. Check out our recipe for delicious Honey-Glazed Chicken Thighs.

  5. Appetizers complete a dinner. Finger food lets guests mingle. Check out our collection.
