Homemade gifts from the heart are sweet to give. These heart-shaped White Chocolate Lemon Pie Pops will make wedding shower guests feel extra special.  The treats are a fun way to celebrate the bride and groom while saying thank you to guests.

Pie pops are so easy to make. With Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pie Crust, you can have them in the oven in less than 20 minutes. Plus, they can be made a day or two ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.

Roll out a sheet of the pie crust dough. Cut out hearts with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. (With my 2 inch-long cutter, I cut out 16 circles from one pie crust.) I also cut mini hearts to decorate the top of each pie pop.

Place a scant teaspoon of filling on half the hearts. Place another heart on top and gently press with your fingers to seal.

Use a fork to make a ruffle-like edge. Brush tops with an egg wash and sprinkle with sanding sugar. Sprinkle the mini hearts with a colored sugar and place one in the middle of each pop; bake
