Spiked Granola Apple Crisp Ingredients

Apple crisp is a staple fall dessert. There are so many varieties you can make to use your delicious, crisp apple harvest.

So how about bumping it up a notch and adding a bit of a kick?

With Pillsbury® sugar cookie dough and Cascadian Farm® granola cereal, it comes together in less than 15 minutes!

First, chop up 4 to 5 medium apples. If you have a fancy peeler/corer gadget, I would use it! Otherwise just peel and cut up the apples in even pieces.

Add sugars, cinnamon and schnapps to the apples. Mix well.

Spread in a greased baking dish. Now it is time for the cookie dough! You can measure out ¾ cup or just chop off about 1/3 of the roll. Crumble in a bowl along with the granola cereal. Then spread on top of the apples in the baking dish.
