Why wait for a campfire? Now you can have the goodness of s'mores year-round with this easy monkey bread recipe! A tube of Pillsbury® biscuits becomes a totally delish treat in no time at all, thanks to graham crackers, chocolate and a heaping handful of marshmallows.
To make a batch of S'more Monkey Bread, just pick up some Pillsbury® Grands!® biscuits.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll each piece in a simple sugared graham cracker crumb mixture. (You can also toss the crumbs in a bag, add the biscuit pieces and then shake 'em up!)
Layer the biscuit pieces in a prepared pan. (I made mine in individual ramekins.) Layer with marshmallows, chocolate chips...
and graham crackers. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
In a small saucepan, melt butter, marshmallow fluff and vanilla over medium heat. Once the mixture begins to boil, cook for 1 minute, then pour it over the layered biscuits.
Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and then allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Carefully turn out onto a plate, pull apart and enjoy!
