This vegetarian broccoli and cauliflower tart offers up the same filling flavors of classic comfort food, making it a great addition to your Meatless Monday menu! Heres how to make this super-quick dinner.

 

Press Pillsbury® Crescent dough into the bottom of four mini tart pans.

 

Meatless Monday Step 1

 

Fill each tart pan with this simple-to-prepare broccoli and cauliflower filling: just toss fresh-steamed veggies with a smidgen of mayo and lemon juice.

 

Meatless Monday Step 2

 

Top with shredded Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheeses. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
