Every once in a while, I get the urge for a French dip sandwich. But I don’t have the time to prepare it from scratch. That’s when Pillsbury’s® simple-to-use crescent dinner rolls come in handy!
Preheat the oven to 350°F and gather your ingredients. The large crescent rolls that come in the 12-ounce package (8 rolls) are just the right size for these quick sandwiches.
Prepare the crescents per package directions. While the crescents are baking, slice the roast beef into 1-inch strips.
Heat beef stock over medium heat in a saucepan. Add the beef strips to the stock 2 minutes before the crescent rolls are done. (The beef simply needs to be heated through.)
Pull the crescents out of the oven, resisting the temptation to eat one right now!
Cut the crescent rolls in half lengthwise and fill with the beef. Serve the stock on the side for dipping.
Enjoy!
