Looking for the cutest dessert to serve this spring? These flower-shaped mini pies are absolutely fun. They are a cinch to make and are so visually appealing.

Serve them with a scoop of ice cream.

Here’s what you need:

  • Pie crust
  • Pie filling
  • Muffin tin
  • Muffin liners
  • A big flower-shaped cookie cutter
  • A mini flower-shaped cookie cutter

To make them, you will want to cut out 12 big flowers from the pie crust. Fit 12 muffin liners into the muffin tin, and then press the pie crust flowers in as gently and evenly as you can.

Next, fill the pies with whatever filling you want. Cut out 12 mini flowers and place them on top of the pies.

Then you just have to bake them. Easy!

There will be some leftover pie crust. You could totally roll it out to make a few more mini pies, if desired. But it can also be used to make mini pie crust crackers. Simply cut the excess dough with mini cookie cutters, season as desired and bake at 425 for 3 to 4 minutes.

It’s kind of like two cutie desserts in one!
