Entertaining family and friends is something I do often. I enjoy getting everyone together for a meal or for a cocktail party with some simple appetizers. Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls make it so easy to fix delicious snacks that everyone will love.

If you’re like most people, you can’t resist the taste of crescent rolls. I use them all the time, but this is one of my favorite ways to serve them as an appetizer. Tart Granny Smith apples and sweet brown sugar are great partners for sharp cheddar and smokey bacon. Wrap them up in a crescent roll, and you have a winning start to any meal!

When I make these snacks, I use precooked bacon. (The bake time is too short to thoroughly cook raw bacon.) I usually have the simple ingredients on hand, so I can whip these up in no time.

Cut the crescents in half before adding the apple and cheddar; then roll them up. The bacon gets wrapped on the outside. Because the cheese will melt during baking, be sure to line the baking pan with parchment paper. It makes cleanup easier.

These Bacon-Wrapped Apple Cheddar Rolls won’t last long, so you may want to double the recipe!
