New Flavor Sensation: Bacon, Pear & Raspberry

Three fabulous flavors come together in one splendid recipe for mini Bacon, Pear and Raspberry Brie Pizzas.

Theres a new flavor combo in town, and its coming to your kitchen! Salty bacon, sweet pear and tangy raspberries come together in splendid harmony with this delicious recipe. It makes a satisfying appetizer, light lunch or tapas dinner any day of the week!

 

Grab a tube of Pillsbury® Simply...® bread. This is hands down my favorite Pillsbury® product. It bakes up nice and crispy every time. And in this recipe, the dough creates a gorgeous artisan-style crust for our mini pizzas.

 

Rustic French Bread

 

To make these mini pizzas, open the tube of bread, then cut into 12 thin slices. Press out each piece into a mini pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread a smidgen of soft brie cheese over each crust.

Sprinkle fresh diced pear on each mini pizza; top with half a piece of cooked bacon. Bake until the pizzas are golden brown.

Once your pizzas come out of the oven, top with fresh raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
