Fall brings a bounty of apples. There are many delicious and creative ways to include them in your meals. This Apple Radicchio Flatbread serves up many fall flavors onto one tasty dish.
I first tried the new Pillsbury® Artisan Pizza Crust with whole grain, when we were back to Minneapolis for the General Mills Blogfest. Each team had to create a dish in a timed competition. We had such a great time!
The crust cooks up beautifully and has 16 grams of whole grain. I couldn’t wait to pair my fall favorites apples, radicchio and goat cheese with the new pizza crust. I sprinkled crisp bacon across the top because everything tastes better with bacon- right?
Unroll the crust onto a 10x15 pan that has been sprayed with oil. Bake for 8 minutes in a 400°F oven.
Bake it first assures a nice crisp flatbread base. Remove from oven and spread with apple butter; then sprinkle with goat cheese.
Core an apple but leave the skin on. Slice full apple slices. Place apples 3 across in rows.
Bake for 15 minutes or until browned. Removed and slice into squares. I tried to cut an apple circle into each square. Serve as an appetizer or a light meal.

Bon appetit!
