    1. Add 2 pints of halved cherry tomatoes to a bowl and toss with 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper. Add one package of fresh mini mozzarella balls, stir to combine. Set aside.
    2. Reduce grill heat to low. Brush both sides of the crust with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    3. Place unrolled crust on grates and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until you see grill marks.
    4. Turn crust over and top with reserved tomato and cheese mixture. Close lid, and continue to cook until crust is cooked through and cheese has melted, about 6 to 8 minutes.
    5. Remove from heat and top with basil leaves.

    1. Cut a large piece of foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll crust onto foil and press out to a rectangle about 14x10 inches. Spray the top side of the dough with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Turn the dough over onto the grill and remove the foil.
    3. Cook on grill over medium-low heat 2 to 4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Use a large spatula to turn the dough over.
    4. Top the dough with the 6 oz Canadian bacon, 3 sliced Roma tomatoes, 1 jar of drained artichoke hearts, 3 diced green onions, 8 oz of fresh mozzarella cheese cut into pieces and 4 oz crumbled feta cheese.
    5. Cover the grill and cook an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
