    1. Spread pizza sauce on top of unrolled dough.
    2. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese over sauce. Top with remaining ingredients: 2 cups grilled (or pan sautéed) and sliced chicken, 1/4 cup sliced red bell peppers, 1/4 cup sliced yellow bell peppers, 1 medium sweet banana pepper (sliced),1 medium hot banana pepper (sliced), 2 medium sweet snacking peppers (sliced), 2 serrano peppers (sliced) and 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets. Tip: For extra heat, Jalapeño peppers can be substituted for the Serrano peppers. To make the pizza very mild, use only the bell and sweet snacking peppers.
    3. Finish with the remaining 1/2-cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
    4. Bake pizza for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown around edges.

    2. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Place 3 poblano peppers onto baking sheet and broil 6-8 minutes, turning once, until pepper skin has blistered and turned dark brown. Transfer peppers to a re-sealable plastic bag and set aside.
    3. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease any size dark or non-stick cookie sheet (or line with parchment paper).
    4. Unroll pizza dough onto cookie sheet. Press into a 13 x 10 inch rectangle. Prebake dough 8 minutes.
    5. In the meantime, peel blistered skins from peppers and discard. Remove stem and seeds then discard. Slice peppers into thin strips.
    6. Spread pizza crust with 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce. Then, top with sliced poblano peppers, 3/4 cup frozen Green Giant corn (thawed) and shredded Italian cheese. Tip: For a milder pizza, try using Anaheim peppers or sweet bell peppers. You can also substitute fresh ricotta cheese for alfredo sauce.
    7. Bake 6-10 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown.
