Lilly's Tomato Pizza
I’m always up for trying something different! For big flavor, I used sun-dried tomatoes, spicy salami and goat cheese. It’s now a winner for both my husband and me!
- Prepare artisan pizza crust dough as directed on packaging.
- Chop jarred sun-dried tomatoes packed in olive oil. Spread onto crust.
- Chop mixed cherry tomatoes and add to pizza.
- Layer with pizza-blend cheese.
- Top with goat cheese, spicy salami and fresh, chopped basil.
- Bake til crust is golden! Dig in!

Renee's Tomato Pizza
I created a custom pizza at a local pizza shop in college with the wrong ingredients by mistake. It ended up being a surprisingly delightful combination of salty and sweet — easily a favorite of mine!
- Prepare artisan pizza crust dough as directed on packaging.
- While dough is pre-baking, chop up red and yellow cherry tomatoes, black olives, green apples, and rotisserie chicken.
- Spread red sauce over dough.
- Add 3/4 bag mozzerella cheese.
- Top pizza with remaining ingredients.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
- Bake til crust is golden. Serve and enjoy!
