5 Ingredients Or Less Meal Ideas

I think the key on busy weeknights is meals that are easy to make. And the key to that (for me) is only a handful of ingredients.

Re: 5 Ingredients Or Less Meal Ideas

This is a great recipe that only uses 5 ingredients.  The recipe is both healthy and budget stretching at the same time.  I hope you and your family enjoy this recipe as much as we do.  Cost per serving for this recipe is $.74.

Re: 5 Ingredients Or Less Meal Ideas

This is one of my kids favorite. I am not really good at directions but hopefully it will be clear to understand.

Sausage Scramble Bake

1-2 cans of crescent rolls

1 lb sausage (turkey or pork)

8 eggs

1 cup shredded cheese

Seperate crescent rolls and lay out flat on baking sheet in a circle pattern (triangle tips pointing outward) Make sure to place a couple in the canter so there is no hole. You will have what somewhat resembes an oval sun when finished.

Brown the sausage, drain grease and spread evenly on crescent dough center and middle areas (not out onto the triangle points)

Scramble the eggs in a frying pan and spread evenly on top of sausage. Top with cheese.

Fold the points of the crescent rolls up and in toward the middle of the circle over the filling. Overlap as necessary.

Bake (at temp and time amount) as indicated on the crescent roll package.
