Both recipes sound very good, but Fudgy Cinnamon Surprise Sprinkles sounded like a much more exotic recipe. I voted it for it because of the unusual use of bacon.

Bacon in cookies sounds awful.  I would make these w/o the bacon!  Who needs extra FAT?

I voted for the one with oats in them and PB.

Missed the vote and getting the recipes for the sesame ckn pot stickers and the Banh Mi Chicken sliders so if someone would post them for me!!!  THanks.

Did see alot of recipes on Zaar for the Banh Mi sandwiches tho.  Would be interesting to see how similar they are to the entry!?

I agree with Lucky; that recipe was sounding good until I got to the bacon. If I want all that extra fat, I'd rather eat more chocolate instead Big Smile. It seems like every new fast food item has 5 strips of bacon piled on top of 3 kinds of cheese and 1/2 lb of meat.

Here's to more healthy (but still yummy) eating!

I agree; I saw no reason for a pig to give it's life just to eat a cookie.

chocolate and bacon...really?

I had to go with the other recipe because of that bacon.

The Bacon Council of America hates me for it, but Wilbur thanks me.

I'm with you girls. Up until recently, when I saw a documentary on a Pig Farm and the common mistreatment and abuse of these helpless animals, I ate pork products.

I recently gave it up and I'm so happy that I don't contribute to that industry.

Besides, who needs or wants bacon in their cookies anyway? Cookies aren't the most optimal health food so why make them more of a burden to your heart and health?

This recipe is a little too much out on a limb and over the top.

I agree, both recipes sounded very good. And I voted for the Fudgy Cinnamon Surprise cookies, As the combination of Bacon and Chocolate Intrigues me. I watched a food challenge on the Food Network not to long ago. Bobby Flay made Chocolate covered bacon, and everyone seemed to like it. Very Creative!

Kudos for the lady from Oklahoma for her imagination on her cookie recipe. But bacon in cookies is a total turn off. Won't even try something that wild.

I just voted and I did not vote for the cookies with the bacon. I know you can sometimes put in ususual ingredients in sweet recipes, such as mashed potatoes, Coca Cola or tomato soup, but bacon???? Nah, it does not sound good to me!

I understand  what you're saying about the bacon in a cookie But, i like trying out new recipes.Besides i'am not a chacolate lover. FAT .VS. CAFFEINE  Can't win for loosing.
