Strawberry cheesecake

Does anyone have a recipe that uses strawberry (jam, jelly, preserves) in the cheesecake instead of just on top? I made the Orange Cream Dessert Squares, I love them, but my husband is not a fan of orange. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Strawberry cheesecake

I really can't think of anyway to get it into the actual cheesecake - but you could try swirling some jam right into the mixture (while in pan)  before it goes into the oven. And for the top just use strawberry jam.

Re: Strawberry cheesecake

I can't see any versions on this site- but here is an example from the Betty Crocker site.

Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

Though, you could get creative with this recipe:

Blackberry Cheesecake Dessert for Two: You could cut the roll in half and put the jam in the middle.

Hope this helps. If you end up trying the above- or end up trying another great recipe- please let us know!

Sincerely, Cate

Re: Strawberry cheesecake

you could take some jam and swirl it into the  cheesecake mixture .

those are swirl cheesecake  in which you take one and half cups of cheesecake and mix it with the jam in a separate bowl . then layer your cheese cake filling one cup on the bottom of

cheesecake crust . Then a layer of strawberry cheesecake mixture in the middle and another

layer of plain cheesecake mixture on top . All the swirl recipes  or marble cheesecake recipes

I have printed say to do that ,Star and then you take a knife  and just  swirl the cheesecake mixture

around by going back and forth . I have made  pumpkin swirl cheesecakes and chooclate

marbled  cheese cakes myself from recipes I got online.
