Just wanted to see if any of ya'll had any great ideas for a fancy nancy birthday party?  fancy nancy loves "fancy" things.  i'm thinking invidividual parfaits, pretzel rods w/sprinkles and fruit kabobs.  i'm having it around 11:00 am. - so i would like some fancy brunch type recipes - - that's good w/kids and adults - - any suggestions would be great!  I would love to have things that I can make ahead of time and freeze/or make the day before to make the morning of the party easier on me!! Thank you!!

Also, Bagel 'n Brie Brunch Strata sounds like a crowd pleaser. Oh, these look beautiful- Apple Ricotta Brunch Biscuits!
