I saw your post under the "Share With Us" The poll about the pies.
The pie you mentioned sounds very interesting.  That was the Swedish Apple Pie. 
If you would not mind would you share the recipe?
In my post I mentioned my favorite is a Chocolate Peanut butter pie with a ganache topping.  If you want I will trade you that recipe for your Apple.
I sure hope you see this.
