One of my favorite dishes to eat at Thanksgiving is the seven layer salad that my mom makes sometimes,because it has bacon,mayonnaise,onions,lettuce,cheese,and other yummy stuff all in the same salad.  Another favorite dish of mine to eat as time of year is the crock pot macaroni and cheese that my great aunt Francis makes.

I love all the family Thanksgiving recipes! It's the best foodie holiday ever!

We make this drink for the entire family: It's cranberry juice and a scoop orange sherbet on top. Serve in a short glass! Simple and always a family favorite!

My new favorite Thanksgiving treat is Deep Fried Turkey.  Brined overnight, it it so moist and good that it needs very little seasoning.  We had a roast turkey  and the fried.  the roast one went untouched and the fried was a complete skeleton.  No leftovers at all.  Mo5410

HOW DID YOU DEEP FRIED IT?

You cook it in a gas or electric, Turkey cooker. Which is a big stainless steel pot with a gas burner.

I like using a dry rub on my and letting it set for a couple of days before cooking it.  This is the only way to eat a turkey.  Once you have eaten a fried turkey you won't want a baked one!!!!

Last year, my daughter deep fried a turkey and also BBQ'd a turkey.  I enjoyed the BBQ the best...it was more moist.  My favorite foodie at TG  is the dressing with gravy..YUM! 

I love to eat my mothers homemade stuffing. I love to make baked pineapple. It is an easy dish to make and people really enjoy it.

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving in UK but this year is different as my mum's friend who lives in the US has been staying with us all week and she jets home on Monday so we're holding a special Thanksgiving night for her and my mum is making homemade stuffing and with the turkey little sausages wrapped in bacon.  Yum.
