When I try to print coupons, a window opens and tells me the site does not support my printer and/or I need to change the settings to my printer so it does not save what I print. I have tried changing the settings, but my printer will not hold the new setting. (It changes back to saving what it prints) Do I have to buy a new printer?!? Is there a way to get the coupons to print from my Brother printer?

If you are using Firefox, try Internet Explorer instead. I get that message a lot when I try and print coupons using Firefox.
