Re: What’s your favorite way to prepare for grilled chicken?

We really love to prepare beer can chicken on the grill! Big Smile

It's so easy, just stick an open can of beer in the holder and shove the seasoned whole chicken on the holder and you are ready to go!

And we don't always use beer, sometimes a lemon lime drink or apple juice in a can.   We cook it nice and slow for about 1+1/2 hours on an indirect heat

And we always use a rub on the chicken.  We really like the bottle of dry rub we bought from the Hog's Breath restaurant in the Keys.

We tend to use that rub on most everything.
