Re: What’s the Ultimate Picnic Meal?

I like Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, and this chicken recipe is fast, easy and perfect for the grill.  http://www.tablespoon.com/2009/05/13/grilled-mediterranean-chicken-packets

You can make up the packets at home, and bring them to your picnic place in a cooler. A little different than the usual burgers or brats, but still works well with other picnic fare like pasta salad.
