Re: Summer Delights – Smoothies!
I made this the other day
and loved it. It filled me up for hours.
1 banana
1 spoonful of peanut butter
(It doesn’t matter if it’s smooth or chunky)
1 tablespoon of honey
1 ½ cup of vanilla yogurt
½ cup of milk or water
1-2 ice cubes
For other fruit shakes, I
love to add shredded coconut and walnuts. Yum.
