hi..

this is a very simple and healthy breakfast/lunch/snack or dinner meal.

all you need is the following:

paneer 250gms(usually available at indian grocery stores/any supermarket)-

soaked in warm water, drained and minced in a blender a little

green pepper 1 nos- diced into bite sized

turmeric powder-1/2 pinch

paprika /chilly powder-1/2 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

salt-as per taste

oil- 2-3 tbsp

tomatoes- 2small ones chopped finely

onions- 1 small finely sliced.

ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

lime juice-1/4 tsp

cilantro - a bunch(chopped finely)

method:

In a wok /pan heat the oil . Add the onions and fry till light golden . then add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins. throw in the peppers and saute for 2 mins . mix in the chilly ,coriander and turmeric powder. then saute till you smell the aroma of the powders well. mix in the tomatoes and stir till the tomatoes cook. add the salt. then stir in the paneer and cook till becomes dry approx for (5-8 mins).add the lime juice and stir in the cilantro leaves.

you can toast bread or apply clarified butter(ghee) to the bread and toast. serve this on the bread enjoy a quite peaceful eating session...
