Older kids need more food and don't always choose to eat their fruits and veggies! Making a quick smoothy out of bananas, milk, and peanut butter, or frozen berries and milk is a great way to give your teens some extra calcium, vitamins and calories. These smoothies are great with the previously mentioned biscuits with eggs. And smoothies are ready in literally 2 minutes!
Smoothy for 2: 2 bananas, broken into pieces; 1 cup cold milk; 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Blend until smooth and serve! Add crushed ice for a colder smoothie.
